Tuna tartare

8 oz of tuna (sushi Grade)
1/2 Tea spoon dijon mustard
1/2 Tea spoon Shallots1/2 c. à thé de câpres
6 Tea spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon of capers
Taobascco & Worchestershire sauce
1 egg yolk

Cut the tuna into small dices than live on a plte. In a bol Add egg yolk, shallots, Dijon mustard & Capers. With a fork start crushing all ingredients till you obtain a smooth paste. Than start adding olive oil slowly & mix till you have a texture of the Mayo.At the end add the cut tuna into the ingredients & mix the all.
